☕ FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE

The BUNA Cooperative Roastery roasts coffee beans from the latest harvest on an ongoing basis. We source them from producer cooperatives in Colombia, Brazil, and Nicaragua. Our decaffeinated coffee comes from Mexico through a fair trade system, and we also collaborate with small-scale producers from Panama.

Before starting any partnership, we personally meet with each hospitality provider to discuss their preferences regarding the flavor of the coffee they wish to serve. Together, we choose the coffee beans and the roasting method, which allows each venue to offer a unique coffee experience.

🎓 BARISTA TRAINING

At the start of a long-term collaboration, we introduce the chosen coffee to the venue's staff. Together, we test it using the existing equipment, ensure proper settings, and train the staff on how to correctly use the equipment, adjust it as needed, and prepare an excellent coffee beverage.

⚙ BASIC EQUIPMENT

We usually do not keep coffee preparation equipment in stock, but we can assist in purchasing equipment for the venue. This gives the hospitality provider full independence. Our experience shows that investing in high-quality equipment pays off faster than expected and reduces costs in the long term.

➕ ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

In addition to the basic equipment, we can also help in selecting and supplying additional tools that enhance the coffee preparation and serving experience – from coffee waste drawers to milk frothing pitchers and more.

At the beginning of our partnership, we introduce the selected coffee to your team, test it together using your existing equipment, and ensure optimal settings. We'll teach you how to properly use and clean the equipment, make necessary adjustments as needed, and prepare an excellent cup of coffee that everyone in the office will enjoy.

While we typically don't keep coffee equipment in stock, we can assist you in choosing and purchasing office coffee equipment – from automatic machines and filter brewers to professional coffee-making gear – depending on your office size, needs, and preferences.
