Definition of Terms

Provider: Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o., Celovška 317, 1210 Ljubljana-Šentvid, VAT ID: SI 17629217, Company Registration Number: 6614841000

User: A person who uses our system, i.e. the buyer in the online store.

Online Store: An information system intended for presenting and selling products to the user.


Registration

When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is identical to their e-mail address, and a password chosen by the user. The username and password uniquely identify the user and link them to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the provider’s online store (www.buna.si), the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Availability of Information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
a) the identity of the company (name, registered office, registration and tax number),
b) contact details enabling quick and effective communication (e-mail, phone),
c) essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
d) product availability (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) delivery conditions of the product or execution of the service (method, place, and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined, indicating whether they include taxes and shipping costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) validity of the offer,
i) the period during which withdrawal from the contract is still possible and the conditions for withdrawal; including information on whether and how much the return of the product will cost the buyer,
j) explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information on the contact person or customer service department.


Product Offer

Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. online store are updated and changed frequently. The price in the online store is the same for registered members and guest users. All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predefined validity period.


Orders and Prices

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider sends the buyer the first e-mail confirming their order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o., and the buyer.

The sales contract (i.e., the first e-mail regarding the order status) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is available to consumers upon written request.


Purchase Process

Product Selection: On the website www.buna.si, select a product and click “Add to Cart.” The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added. To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping.” To proceed to checkout, click “Checkout.”

Removing a Product: Click on the cart icon in the top-right corner to view items added. To remove a product, click the cross “remove.”

Shopping Cart: To complete the order, fill in the required fields.

Delivery Address: Provide the requested contact information marked with a red asterisk (name, surname, e-mail, address, city, postal code, phone number).

Delivery Cost: Handled by Pošta Slovenije.

Payment Method: Prepayment (bank transfer) or card payment.

Order Review: The cart shows the items, postage costs, VAT, and total price before final submission.

Order Confirmation: The user confirms the order by clicking “Submit Order.” If successful, a confirmation message is displayed: “Your order was successful. Thank you for your purchase! Your order number is: xxxx.”


Payment Methods

  • Prepayment (bank transfer): Please transfer the amount to our bank account, using the order ID as reference. The order will be dispatched once payment is received.

  • Online Card Payment


Order Notifications

After submitting an order, the buyer receives an e-mail confirmation. Registered users can always access their order details on www.buna.si.

The provider may contact the buyer via phone to verify details or ensure delivery accuracy.

The purchase process for legal entities is identical, with the addition of entering the company name and VAT number. Payment options remain the same.


Right of Withdrawal

For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, by notifying us at buna@buna.si or another communication channel.

We will send a withdrawal form immediately upon receiving your notification.

The consumer must return goods at their own cost to:
Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o., Celovška 317, 1210 Ljubljana-Šentvid.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after confirmation of receipt of goods or withdrawal notice.

Discount codes are treated as discounts and are not refunded. Gift vouchers are treated as a payment method and refunded as a gift voucher.


Complaints

The consumer may claim defects if they notify the seller within two months of discovery. Notice must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the goods.

Defects reported within six months are presumed to have existed at delivery. The seller is not liable for defects discovered after two years from delivery.

Consumers may request:

  • correction of the defect,

  • partial refund proportional to the defect,

  • replacement with faultless goods, or

  • full refund.

If the defect is undisputed, the provider must comply within 8 days.


Guarantee of Conformity

The company guarantees conformity of goods for 2 years from purchase. The consumer must report non-conformity in writing within 2 months of discovery.

Goods conform to the contract if they:

  • match the description and qualities in the sales contract,

  • are fit for the stated purpose,

  • are delivered with all accessories and instructions, including installation manuals,

  • are up to date, as defined in the contract.

Consumers may request free repair or replacement, or, if not possible, a price reduction or refund.


Security

Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect personal data and payments.

Credit card transactions are processed in real time via Stripe. Card data are not stored on Stripe’s servers.


Communication

Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. will contact the user via distance communication only with explicit consent. Promotional messages will be clearly marked, with the sender clearly identified, and include easy opt-out instructions.


Legal Notice

The online store Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o., and all its data, product images, graphics, and videos are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.


Limitation of Liability

The provider strives to ensure updated and accurate information but product features, availability, or prices may change faster than updates can be made. In such cases, the buyer will be notified and offered withdrawal or replacement.


Complaints and Disputes

Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. complies with EU consumer protection laws. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail at buna@buna.si. The provider will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and keep the buyer informed throughout the process.

Disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible. If necessary, the competent court is the one in the consumer’s place of residence.


Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes that may arise.

This regulation follows the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, EU Regulation No. 524/2013, and related directives.
