PAYMENT

Payment Methods

In the Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. online store, you can pay for your order:

  • By pro forma invoice (bank transfer) – a pro forma invoice will be sent to your e-mail address, which you can pay via online banking. Once we receive the payment, the ordered goods will be dispatched. The original invoice will be sent by e-mail, but upon the explicit request of the customer, it can also be enclosed with the products or sent by regular mail.

  • By payment card – based on the data provided in the shopping cart. The original invoice will be sent by e-mail, but upon the explicit request of the customer, it can also be enclosed with the products or sent by regular mail.

After delivery and payment of the ordered products, Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. will send the buyer the invoice in PDF format to their e-mail address, or it will be enclosed with the delivered products. The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the information before submitting the order.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost for parcels from Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. is €4.90 for purchases up to €70.00. For purchases of €70.01 or more, shipping costs are covered by Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o.

For orders above €70.01, delivery will be free of charge only if the order is paid by pro forma invoice (bank transfer to the account of Zadruga BUNA, z.o.o. or card payment). Registration is not required.

Standard Shipping Costs:

  • €4.90 for purchases up to €70.00

  • €0.00 for purchases of €70.01 or more

DELIVERY

Delivery in Slovenia

After submitting the order, it goes into further processing once the provider reviews it, checks the availability of the ordered items, and either confirms or rejects it with a reason. To verify details or ensure delivery accuracy, the provider may contact the buyer by phone.

Upon confirming the order, the provider notifies the buyer by e-mail of the expected delivery time if it will exceed five business days. At this stage, the purchase contract between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded.

To ensure the highest quality, it may take up to 3 days to prepare the shipment for dispatch. In accordance with the conditions of Pošta Slovenije, all parcels are delivered within 2–3 days. In the case of longer delays, buyers will be notified in a timely manner.

International Delivery

Orders from abroad are accepted only via e-mail at buna@buna.si. Delivery terms will be arranged individually with each customer. The above-mentioned terms for delivery and payment do not apply to foreign customers. For international deliveries, we also cooperate with Pošta Slovenije, which ensures delivery to most European countries.

PACKAGING

We pack responsibly and sustainably, using recycled or recyclable materials. We encourage our customers to dispose of packaging in appropriate recycling containers or reuse it after receiving their shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The provider is not responsible for orders where the buyer has entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address at the time of order. Please carefully check your information and delivery address before confirming your order.
